Wiebke Hagendorf-Schroeter, MSc., PhD - Founder & Principal Consultant of whs-consult llc, leading the advisory & interim executive management services consultancy.
Education: PhD in Macromolecular & Technical Chemistry from the University of Hamburg, Germany; MSc. in Chemistry from the University of Rostock, Germany.
Experience: Technical foundation in R&D managing labs with progressive responsibility in Project Management and Operations Directorship roles for a cutting-edge supplier of technology, catalysts and services for the global energy transition in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. Intrigued by a new challenge and opportunity, pivoted into a P&L leadership role for a North American air pollution control equipment manufacturer and moved to Michigan in 2013. After the acquisition of a major competitor by this company in 2018, whs-consult llc was born with interim operations assignments, projects, and advisory roles for various industry sectors.
Operations (at heart): One foot in strategy and the other in execution, utilizing her unique capabilities to drive change in technical organizations while covering the whole spectrum of issues that a business faces from conception of strategy to overseeing the "in-the-trenches" execution. Emphasis is on good business decisions while honoring each company’s culture and relationships.
